We will do our best to see you on the same day for GENUINELY URGENT matters that cannot wait for the next available appointment. Please only request a “same-day” appointment in this situation.

Test Results
We will do our best to contact you with any results that we consider will affect your healthcare and to arrange followup and action if needed. You are welcome to phone and ask the nurses for your results if you have not heard.
We endeavour to be perfect in contacting everyone who needs to be but if you are concerned please ring us.
PLEASE NOTE: Under the Privacy Act we are not able to give results to parents if their child is over 16 years of age.
Missed Appointments
Please give adequate (24 hrs) notice when cancelling or changing appointment times. We can always use cancelled appointments and non attendance is a missed opportunity for someone else. If you do miss an appointment we will send you a text and a
fee may apply. We also send texts to remind you of your appointment.
Chaperone
- All patients are entitled to have a chaperone with them for any appointment.
- the chaperone can be a family member, friend or member of staff.
- If you want a member of staff to accompany you during the visit please let the receptionist know when you arrive for your appointment.
